She is the visionary CEO behind Synergyst Research, a company she founded in 2006. Under her leadership, Synergyst Research has become a powerhouse in the industry, earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list for five consecutive years as one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. Her entrepreneurial spirit and strategic acumen were recognized when she was named to the San Antonio Business Journal’s prestigious “40 Under 40” list.

With a deep background in healthcare, Trudy brings decades of expertise in physician and hospital contracting, business development, and marketing. Her previous roles as a senior executive in insurance companies and physicians’ organizations saw her negotiating large-scale contracts and driving success in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

In addition to leading Synergyst Research, Trudy is a licensed insurance agent and a sought-after consultant in health benefits management. She also dedicates her time to serving on the boards of the American Diabetes Association's San Antonio chapter and Arts San Antonio, contributing her leadership skills to the community.

Trudy holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman's University, grounding her professional achievements in a strong academic foundation.
