Participant Qualification
- Subjects must have two or more COPD exacerbations well documented in the past 12 months with or without antibiotics or one severe COPD exacerbation requiring hospitalization.
- Male or Female
- 40 years old or older
- COPD Diagnosis for at least 12 months
- Must be current or past smoker

UP TO $2,000 IN COMPENSATION
